The TV advising us "sorry recordings service is unavailable. Tried rebooting box and router.

When we select recordings, TV advising "sorry, this service is  currently unavailable". We have tried switching the sky box off and rebooting and also switching the router off and rebooting. Neither worked. Also, when we are on home page none of the thumbnail pictures are showing.

Suspect the box's hard drive may be failing. Worth a call to sky

Tried 2 days, turned off waited tried again nothing works. Re booted but still say sorry unavailabe

I'll escalate anyway in case the online team can troubleshoot and they might order you a new box. Watch out for a blue chat bubble.
