The v2 main Q box (only) used a round multipin power connection with an external transformer.

If you've received one of those, it's unfortunately not unknown for the courier to depart with the old hardware in the shipping packaging while not realising they should have handed over a replacement PSU as well as a replacement box.

2 TB V2 box has an external power supply.
2TB V3 box the power supply is internal and the box is connected by a single cable

My exchange Q box arrived via Dpd this morning with no power cable . My existing cable will not fit this box. As the connection to the box is different. Its circle, and is situated at centre back of the box.
Could you please supply a cable.?
