I believe it is on Paramount+ currently, for which a basic subscription is included with Sky Cinema, or you can subscribe directly.

I've tried to type in The good Wife in the search box and it's only comes up with Paramount plus would getting in touch with My5 work?

No, if you want to watch all of it now, you will need a Paramount+ subscription or wait to see if the rest of it becomes available on My5 at a later date.

My5 and Paramount+ have the same owners so they often put some episodes of a series on My5 to try and tempt you to watch the rest on Paramount+, which requires a subscription.

Hold that thought, I have done some further digging and all 7 seasons are on My5, but, the full My5 app isn't available on Sky Q yet.

So you can only see the Paramount+ search results because Q only has a selection of catch up content from Channel 5 currently.

Can you access the proper My5 app via your TV or another device?

My5 has appeared on my Sky Q box and the full box set of The Good Wife is available.
