Terence Wheatley
I spoke to one of your technicians today and i was on their for nearly a hour.She failed to resolve my problem and left me with no TV at all?Fortunately my son in law came over to sort my problem.Why do you employ incompetent people?Im actually going to talk to Vodaphone next week.I'm 77years old and i struggle with technology.
