Technically

My sky box keeps saying there has been a problem finding your sky Q box on the network.  

Go to sky Q box and select Settings >Status. 

where do I locate this?. The setting on the remote.

@Mems press the home button on your remote then scroll down to settings press select then status 


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
