We’ve recently turned our sky q mini box off then back on and it’s coming up step 1 of 4

We've checked the batteries the remote is working as we can turn the volume up and down we just can't seem to set it up

Reset the remote with the old 7&9 then 1&3 procedure. Bet it's not paired with the box any more.
