Technical issues
Hi try to download anything says due to a technical fault please try later is happening all the time. Also tried to watch films couldn't go further than screen with film on to buy to watch. Fed up at moment as happens all the time.

I assume you have the same problem as the OP?
Reboot it at the wall is about all you can do
and make sure its internet connection is ok
