@David259  Have you tried a power reboot?  Unplug the Sky Q box/mini for a minute or so then plug back in.

 

If it's just the mini showing this unplug both, power up the main box 1st wait until fully rebooted then do the same with the mini.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
