Error code DUG1

I got it working by accessing it from the main menu. Home button go to the right and you will see the list of games. I tried it previously and it didn't work, but it worked this time. Saying that I've missed 2 hmgoals in the time I wasted trying to get it working and I can't record the game. Very poor Sky, very poor indeed. I hope you guys manage to get it working.

This is a total guess but maybe it's something to do with the amount of people opening the app at the same time and it just can't cope with it. Seems strange that it's now working for me after 35 mins of trying

When trying to use the red button function to watch football I keep getting an error code DUG1    What is really annoying is that it worked for the first 15 minutes then just went off, and guess what my team scored twice very very annoying

On a more serious point, the error code doesn't appear if you have a Sky Mini-box
