Error code DUG1

I'm still getting the error code, tried from home menu, red button on multiple channels and via app on sky box

Got as far as having load of games to watch, picked UTD amd just have black screen 😞

Going in via the Sky Sports app from Home menu worked for me too.

Yup had the same. Persevered and eventually it worked. Keep trying. Very poor from Sky

Had the same issue and reset my Network Connection in Settings (had to press a button on the router) and it worked

I've just noticed a solid red light on my q box if that means anything. I can't get any of the came apart from spurs

Just keep going out and press red button again took ten attempts but working now.

such a pain can watch the app on phone but not on my television.
