I have tried to use the red button functionality when watching a sky sports + football match on my Sky box in order to watch other games available , and it comes up with the following message:-

"There is a technical issue, please try again later.

code:DUG1

Therefore cant watch any of the additional programming relating to EFL cup games through this functionality !

I rebooted my Sky Q box ( waited a minute before plugging power back in) then that worked via the home button.

For anyone with voice activation we managed to get on by directing to sky sports+ through that rather than the red button on virgin tv

After reading I wasn't the only person with this problem and updating every box, the only way that worked was going to the Sky Sports app and picking the game, can finally watch Arsenal for the second half!

Same here, I am becoming increasingly frustrated and disappointed with sky streaming at the moment. The amount of errors and having to switch the box off and on is reducilous. For the amount I spend and the loyalty over the years really doesn't mean a thing. Sorry rant over but fed up with the service being received

On Sky Q choose the game from the home menu (scroll down). Working for me after missing the entire first half of most games.
