Technical faul showing

Technical fault showing on all channels. Have tried the switch off procedure. Still nothing. Streaming isn't working either as in Netflix

@Darren+Sharpe+Pri  Do you hacve Sky Q, Sky Stream?   Sky + doesn't have netflix or streaming.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
