Technical Fault

Intermittent signal loss on recordings, blue screen: message reads ' There is a Technical Fault with this Channel, please try later ' . Mainly occurring on recordings but has occurred with live viewing. Loss of picture, fast forward or rewind can clear problem , but happening more often now. Annoying. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thankyou Stephen

Hi @Reebok Try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?
