hi I had a call from sky in the 5/9/23 took out a contract for multi room said they would send me a firestorm and still not recieved it. It's not on my orders but on my bills and subscription x

The appropriate hardware is a Sky Q Mini box.

Assuming you mean a Firestick, that's an amazon product. I don't think Sky would ever send that.

 

Maybe they meant if you get Netflix via Sky then you can also use that Netflix account on a Firestick on any TV but I'm pretty sure you'd be buying it yourself.

 

You can't use any Sky Q services on a Firestick but you can use NowTV. You definitely didn't sign up for that?
