TV not working. Can’t connect to sky Q

When I turn on my TV, it displays a triangle with an! mark. Then underneath it states no channel list is saved. Please scan channels. Then on the knife, it says begin scanning which I have the option to do or the other option is input. I have tried several times to scan the TV not sure what settings it should be on Before I start the scanning because it ask. Options are satellites,Antenna and Cable? Can somebody please walk me through step-by-step what mode setup I should be in. I do have a satellite dish on top of my roof. Many thanks for anyone's help. I'll be very grateful. 🙂

Hi @Natasha99 You need to change the HDMI input setting on your TV to the HDMI port that your SKYQ box is connected to?

Try placing your TV on standby, then do the same with your sKYQ box, then turn the SKYQ box on first, by pressing the SKY logo button at the top of the SKY remote, this should turn the SKYQ box on followed by your TV on the correct HDMI port?
