TV not programmed

For 4 days this has not been working there is no telephone number or help! Pleease help me!!

Can you explain exactly what's showing this message?  It sounds like it's your TV rather than Sky.

"TV not programmed" is usually the television informing you that it is not receiving digital terrestrial (Freeview) television through its built-in tuner.

 

The signal from a Sky box should be arriving over an HDMI input, not a tuner: try using the television remote to change input selection.
