Hi all had my sky on this morning went out to make breakfast came back to find it had gone off. Tried turning power off for 10 minutes then tried again still no response blue Q spins for a minute or 2 then goes red.

tried my multi room box and that is not working either.

Have you reset your broadband router and then tried to reconnect the Q box?

Passing on the tips I have learned in over 24 years as a more than satisfied Sky customer.
