TV keeps turning off and back on again

Hi folks. Got a new Sky box a month ago on the back of a fibre broadband upgrade, TV keeps switching itself off and straight back on again since. A quick Google suggested getting off the 'Eco' mode which I did, back on 'None', have also tried 'Active', neither has resolved the problem. Any ideas? It's driving me bonkers!

Hi @JohnC42   Do you mean the TV keeps switching off or your Sky Q box?

The TV itself. It switches straight back on to the programme so the Sky box is not affected.
