TV guide

I can only see about 50% of the TV guide on my Sky Q box and mini box. I therefore can't record anything on certain channels in advance. Anyone else had this issue or know how to resolve it please? Many thanks Jo

@Jo+Dell Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then do the same with the mini box
