My TV guide is getting worse daily with missing channels . I have checked it's in eco mode I have even replaced the LNB . I have reset whole system loads of times and still channels missing so therefore some of things I want to record are not recording either

Re: TV Guide missing
You say you've reset the whole system - do you mean you've rebooted the box which normally cures this
~ Using the remote put your main Sky Q box into standby
~ switch the box off at the plug
~ wait at least 30 seconds and then switch the box back on at the plug
~ follow the on screen instructions
~ when the screen goes blank and the blue Q stops pulsating wait another 30 seconds
~ press the 🏠 button

Re: TV Guide missing
Having the standby settings set to eco mode shouldn't impact the epg display. Who changed the LNB for you?

Hi @Pauline51
Are you sure it is a Sky Q Wideband LNB.
These are different to the old Sky plus LNB's.
If you are sure it is the correct type and you are missing channels one of the cables may not be functioning. One will carry vertical polarised channels and the other horizontal.
Check the F connectors at both ends of each cable to make sure the central cable conductor is not bent or touching any part of the cable wire shield or connector casing.
Failing this the LNB may be faulty

Re: TV Guide missing
Thank u for responding.
LNB is a wide and LNB. When I put it up I ensured nothing was wrong with cables. I am absolutely at a lose with it and very frustrating

Hi @Pauline51
Have you checked whether or not the missing channels are all the Same polarisation?
