TNT

Hello after recently having trouble with TNT sports app and speaking to a nice sky advisor on why I can't watch TNT sports football on the app as I had given it 24 hours but she said I'm going to escalate this to someone in the tech department as we tried everything like logging in and out and trying to link my discovery + sky account but already linked.
So went to local shopping centre but the sky people there were no help as all they said you can only watch TNT sports including football on one device so does discovery app and sky Q device count as two as they both on sky Q so I be interested on what others think.
Still keep saying you need to upgrade your pass but I subscribed to TNT sports nine days ago.
Thanks.

If you have activated discovery+ correctly as directed here, then linked the app as directed here, it can only be an issue with that process, which will need to be fixed by Sky as discovery+ will always refer you back to whoever your subscription is with.

That isn't correct.

If you buy TNT Sport via Sky you get access via the TV Guide on your main Sky box, multiroom boxes and through Sky Go depending on your package.

Once activated correctly, you can watch two concurrent streams via discovery+, which watching through the TV Guide does not impact in any way.

Re: TNT

Hello thanks for reply yes I had done all things as linked my discover and Sky account and Sky got back to me to say there a technical problem between sky and discovery which is affecting sky Q boxes and Sky glass not allowing people to watch TNT on the discovery app no football and both sides are trying to solve it but it will take time.
But Sky have cancelled my TNT subscription as   it's not worth paying if I can't watch it but yes I could on Sky Q see TNT but wanted it to watch cycling on discovery.
Thanks
