TNT sports subscription - no hd channels

I signed up last Wednesday to tnt sports through sky box. I watched the champions league on the ultimate hd channel no issues, I can view the as channels but not tnt sports hd channels

Sd channels view ok, the uhd channel ok, not the hd ones

It says no satellite signal. Same message on tnt hd channels 1 2 and 3. All other channels work fine

Most likely a dish issue. The TNT HD channels are amongst the first affected by a slight dish misalignment.
