TNT sports no longer in hd

Channels 410, 411 , 417 and 421 have lost Hd quality. I've just renewed bt broadband contract with BT but they said this wouldn't effect my sport viewing

@Paulm28 are you paying the additional charge for HD through TNT sports which I think is around £6.00 or £6.50

I'm having the same issue. I get a "You're already subscribed" error when pressing the red button.

And HD is still available on my Sky Go app.
