Yep, been quite a bit of this.
Assuming a box reboot (unplug at the mains for at least 5 minutes), doesn't fix it, then your dish may well be slightly out of alignment and you will need an engineer.
In the meantime you can watch via discovery+ in up to UHD assuming you have activated it. The app is on your Q box.

Thanks for this. I have added the Discovery + app to my sky profile but it is not allowing me to view TNT content, saying I need to add TNT to my Sky package with a QR code. The QR code is a dead link. Will the TNT content appear automatically later since I already have a subscription?

Who do you pay for access to TNT Sport?
If Sky, the link to activate should work, if BT/EE you need to activate discovery+ access through them.

Hi - it's through Sky. I have been able to activate the app and view the content but when trying to access the TNT sports content it's not allowing me to
