We had Sky Q installed today. We have TNT Sports HD via our BT account but it's listed as not available now we have the Sky Q box. How can we rectify this please?

@Maxo Did you receive a new viewing card as part of the upgrade to Q

if you did you have to register the new viewing card number on your bt account

Thank you. I've just looked on my BT account but it appears I have to phone BT. Thanks for your help.
