TNT Sports not working after house move

Hi,

I subscribe to “TNT Sports on Sky” via BT.

I’ve recently moved house and, post-move, the TNT Sports channels are no longer available on my Sky box. I’m getting a message that I need to subscribe. (I can however access this content via the Discovery+ app).

 

Please can anyone advise? Do I perhaps need to do anything to re-authorise this service?  If I need to contact someone should I try BT or Sky first?
