Q box not connecting

Sky Q box not connecting although wifi and satellite signal are working? Thank you

Not connecting to what?  (You mention both WiFi and Satellite)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Thank you for trying to help - not connecting to the internet, although all tests indicate there is no problem. We had a new installation and it appears this has sth to do with it. Managed to book an engineer visit to check.
