TNT Sports no HD channels working Sky Q

Just got 2 year deal on TBT sports via BT, normal channels work but not HD ( I do have HD all other Sky)

Discovery + works for mini boxes, but can't get HD on main box

turned off, rebooted, downloaded software twice, still no joy

read others had issue, but is now fixed?

any other ideas

@Steve+Torson  If you're paying bt direct you need to add the hd subscription to your bt account 

paying bt doesn't include hd as standard like sky it's an additional subscription

I can get HD on the discovery + app, on all boxes, and the phone app

sky guide on gives std channels though, 410 etc, not the 868 ones

As already pointed by @SKY1992bf 

TNT Sport through payment to BT does not include HD.

BT have a an extra monthly charge for HD.

They also have an extra Second box monthly charge if you want to view TNT Sports on mini boxes.

If your  TNT package is with BT you need to contact BT to get HD on TNT it is a extra and when BT  sport as was then there was a exrea charge for HD so I cancelled BT subscription and got BT sport in my Sky package it only was it cheaper than BT but has I had I HD in my Sky package a,ready I automatically got  T sport in HD I also got on my other Sky box's at no extra charge as I had multiroom in my Sky package but that something extra you have to pay for exrea withBT. If you already have why did you not just add TNT sport to your Sky page the extra cost on the Sky package is no more than paying BT plus you would have all the extra TNT sport that all ready have with your Sky subscription that include HD

the deal ( I thought I was getting with BT) was better than Sky and also faster broadband than Sky, but did not include HD unless using Discovery app

apparantly I misunderstood the sales person

i will renew with Sky when bt contract ends

If you have TNT sport though BT on your Sky box it is a chargeable extra about £6 a month even though you may have HD in you Sky packagem.  Also if you want TNT sport in another room again it a chargeable extra  about £11 per month  even though you may have multiroom in you Sky package.You need to contact BT to get them added. The only way you could have had HD and multiroom from your Sky subscription is by having TNT sport add to your Sky package though Sky, though this about £5 more than what you pay BT if you have TNT sport as BT broad band customer,  you do get it in HD and multiroom  at no extra charge because you already have it your Sky package.  So adding  to your Sky package can be cheaper than though BT even with the discount for being broadband customer
