TNT Sports Not Working

I subscribe to TNT Sports directly. I restarted my Sky Q membership today switching back from Sky Glass. My TNT Sports channels are not working on Sky Q and show 'please upgrade to watch messages'. What should I do? Again, to note, I subscribe to TNT Sports directly and my TNT account is working normally on apps.

@NikRagnarson I think you need to supply TNT sports with your viewing card number

Sky Q 2 TB (Silver)Box, 2 Mini boxes since June 2016, all connected by wifi
Sky Broadband Hub/SR203, Sky Ultrafast broadband
Ultimate on Demand, Q Experience/UHD, Sky Sports, Sky Cinema

This was the correct answer. Had to contact BT to give them my new viewing card number. Thanks mate
