Cant download

The programme is stuck on 101% downloaded but cannot watch it and its not on my recordings page. I am having to cancel download and re download it everytime.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

After cancelling it make sure the download isn't in the deleted folder and if it is delete it from here as well before trying again to download it.
