TNT Sports HD issue
I’ve subscribed to the Sports Extra pack but TNT Sports in HD won’t open saying I don’t subscribe. Premier Sports opens and TNT Sport SD does. I’m a subscriber to the HD pack so I don’t understand why the HD won’t open.
satelitte signal is more that fine btw.

If you subscribe to TNT Sport through Sky (and pay Sky for your Subscription) then you can watch on Mini boxes (provided you have the necessary Monthly Multiscreen subscription). Also subscribing through Sky TNT Sport in HD is included.
If you pay BT directly for TNT Sports on Sky then to receive TNT Sport on Minis you need to pay BT’s monthly second box charge. One monthly charge covers all minis. Also to receive TNT Sport in HD there is an additional BT monthly charge when subscribing though BT.
Discovery plus on Sky is upgraded to premium if you have TNT Sport on Sky this is regardless of who you subscribe through.

Cheers for the reply but I'm in Ireland and I subscribe to TNT on the Sports Extra pack via Sky.
I have a HD sub, the Premier Sports channels open in HD and bizarrely Ultimate opens from TNT and so too the SD channels from them.
When I try to open the HD channels from TNT it says I don't subscribe but bizarrely when I press the red button to subscribe the below comes up. All strange

Just to let anyone know who's had similar problems with HD TNT not opening is that I called Sky and they stopped my subscription to Sports Extra and then immediately set up a new sub which sorted out my issue opening the channel.
I used the WhatsApp account Sky have to try and sort it but that was a complete waste of time and got nowhere across two days.
Ah well. Happy it's sorted via the phonecall.
