TNT Sports HD Channels in wrong place on Channel Guide

My TNT Sports HD Channels have moved to channel numbers 868 and upwards on the Sky Q Channel Guide. The TNT Sports Channels on numbers 410 and upwards are now the SD versions. I am subscribing to TNT via BT and have contacted both Sky and BT to try to move the channels back to where they should be. Neither could help. I can see that someone on here had this same problem last year but didn't post to say whether it was ever resolved. Has anyone had this problem?

Have you tried turning the box off and then back on again?  This can sometimes fix such channel issues.

Yes, thanks. I did this once before contacting Sky then twice more while on the phone to them. I thought this would be an simple issue to resolve but it seems to be beyond anyone at Sky or BT!

Hi. I got a reply from Sky via Facebook Messenger, and they were adamant that the correct channels for TNT HD channels are now 868+, and that over time this will become the case for everyone. The best workaround I have found is to store all the Sports HD channels consecutively in my favourites, so that I can easily flick between the Sky and TNT channels in that menu.

Thanks for the suggestion. That sounds like absolute nonsense from the Sky rep. It makes no sense that they'd do that on purpose when all of the HD channels were lined up nicely from 401 onwards!!! 🤷
