TNT HD keeps dropping out

Hi, I am subscribed to TNT sports but every so often for reasons I cannot fathom, my HD drops out and I get the message 'you do not currently subscribe...' however I still have access to standard definition and UHD?

I've rang SKY four times and four times they reset my signal which returns the service to normal but then it drops out again. It's frustrating as not every game is on UHD and not every tv I watch on is UHD. Standard def is rubbish so I rely on HD.

Anyone had similar issues and now of a fix without contacting customer services?

Many Thanks

Steve

Hard reboot your Q box by unplugging from the mains for at least 5 minutes.

If the channel issues continue you may have a misaligned dish and will need to contact Sky to organise an engineer.

In the meantime, you can watch TNT Sports via Discovery+ in HD.
