TNT 2 not working on Sky Q

Both last night and tonight the football is not playing correctly on TNT Sport 2 through Sky Q and associated mini box. All other TNT Sports channels  working fine. Anyone having the same issue and do we know why?

what error message if any are you seeing

No error message it's just intermittent to view and picture keeps breaking up

Also if I watch it through Sky Go it works fine ?

Having the exact same issue. 

Having to watch the football on an iPad. Awful.

@Mick+b1  I can only provide basic troubleshooting 

the only other thing I can suggest is compare the signal strengths coming from the channel against other channels if tnt 2 is worse than other channels then it might be a dish alignment issue which will require an engineer visit

@SKY1992bf thanks for replying - not sure how I do that but will have a look. If not I may call Sky tomorrow and I like many others pay a lot of money for these subscription and when you cannot actually view them we should be entitled to a refund.

Anyone out there from Sky who can help with this it's clearly an issue for a number of us.?I noticed you had a similar problem with another TNT channel mid March?

Hi have the same problem contacted bt all ok there end sky are sending an engineer for dish adjustment

There are some people discussing this on the BT Community and they are reporting (having checked channels that are on the same transponder) that they are all fine, which I believe rules out a problem with dish alignment and potentially the need for an engineer?

This problem (whatever it is, I don't have the channels so can't test), seems to be affecting a few people on Q and is getting talked about on a number of forums and socials, so you are not alone.
