Subtitles

Why don't downloaded programmes have subtitles.    If recording live programmes , they do have subtitles

This is unfair Sky customers who are hard of hearing we deserve better

Indeed, you can try contacting Sky viewer relations viewerR@sky.uk but you may have to contact the broadcasters directly.

Re: Subtitles

as an example I've just downloaded signora volpe series 1 from  u&drama and it doesn't have any subtitles.

Another example is the Madam Blanc mysteries,  I recorded the Channel 5 programme yesterday and it has subtitles if I go to download a previous episode there are no subtitles..  very annoying

Hi @Jbad01   All the channels you are quoting have nothing to do with Sky. All Sky do is host them, the content and subtitles are controlled and supplied by the channel owners.

Re: Subtitles

Not true,I downloaded the free film we were given for the disruption we had on the 15th May, it said it had subtitles, and it down loaded with none hard of hearing problems just does not register with sky tech team,I got on to them reference problem a week ago, they said it was being sorted, but it has not,so don't trust there tech team...they don't know what they are talking about ..

Re: Subtitles

Yes host them and then delete the subtitles!

How does that reward the loyal Sky customer who require a decent fair service?
