Subscription Error
I have a Sky Q box and a Sky mini in my daughters room which we have had for 4/5 years. The remote for the Mini box broke and tried to use the remote on our Sky Go app. Since then it is coming up with a blue screen and message "Please check your subscription entitles you to view this channel on this box. Otherwise, If you're using this box for the first time, please wait a few minutes". We do have the subscription- Main Sky Q box is connected fine and on the Mini it says it is also connected to that box and that internet. We have restarted the multi room connection twice however to be sure. We phoned Sky and had an eingineer come out On 29th Sep and said it was an account issue, he done something that said it would feed through and be fixed in 72 hours (Thursday 2nd Oct) but since then nothing changed and getting the same issue even after unplugging/completely shutting off. Any help is appreciated!
