No because you aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services by posting here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.

 

Were you given a connection date after ordering Sky Q?

 

Today is perhaps not the best day for trying to call Customer Services as there are issues with both Sky Q and Sky+ so the lines are extremely busy.

This is a customer to customer help forum. We have no access to your account details. You will need to call Sky for further information on your connection date.

If they have sent you pre-contract details you may be able to create a Sky online account, you can look under 'My Orders' and you should see the status of your order. 

 

Other than that you could try the chat on the sky.com site or phone them. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select 'Contact Us'
