My Sky Q mini box has stopped playing TV channels. My main box is still fine.
It's connected to the internet - I can use apps like Netflix, and it's connecting to the main Sky Q box as it's showing the TV shows I've recorded. But it won't play them, or live TV. All it says is "Please check your subscription entitles you to view this channel on this box".
On the main Sky Q box, it's fine. I've tried rebooting, and reactiving, but no success.

No solution yet - not a technical connection issue - spent time yesterday troubleshooting with 2 very helpful support engineers. Now booked for an engineer visit on 10/10... however issue also gone to account management I believe to look at subscription which on the face of it is fine !

Hello. I spoke to the tech team today. They reset my viewing card and it's all working again.

Hi, I have this issue with a new 4th mini box I ordered - subscription is in place and I've done numerous software upgrades and resets... the chatbot has been zero help 😬
