Streaming problems

Streaming services Disney plus and Apple TV + just kick me out of the app. Could it be a LG tv problem? Or a sky Q problem? If i restart skyQ it works for the time I’m viewing but have to reboot every time. Thanks

@smegasuar  If your using the apps on your TV set it's likely a TV issue, if it's on the Sky Q box then an app refresh may help

 

It's not clear from your post which device you're referring to as you mentioned both

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
