Streaming Apps

Does anybody else have issues with trying to stream apps on SkyQ? Watch them on Sky Go or the mini box but constanly buffers on main box which is within 6 feet of the router.

You can't access Apps on Sky Go but if you're only 6ft away from the Q box can you not connect an ethernet cable?

@Stevie_M you could try refreshing the apps in the engineers menu

To enter the engineers menu do the follow
press the home button then scroll down to setting and hi-light
do not press select/enter but press 001 then select this takes you into the engineers menu

scroll down to apps > refresh

this can take up to 24 hours to complete
