Streaming Apps not working since outage

Since the outage last week, none of the streaming apps on my Sky's box work. Examples of the error codes I'm seeing are below. I can download shows ok, and apps all work in my tv.

IPlayer error code 02050

Netflix error code NW-2-5

Disney+ error code 1026

ive tried rebooting the box, resetting the apps, re-connecting to my WiFi, but no luck. Any other thoughts of what to do?

Looks like you have tried most things.

An apps refresh can take up to 24 hours to complete.

One thing, looks like you have not tried is restarting your broadband router.

After your broadband is back up, restart your Sky Q boxes again.

Hi @Gromit2

Have you tried a Reset Settings in the main Q box hidden menu.
To enter hidden menu press Home and navigate down to Settings but do not select Settings.
With Settings highlighted press 0 0 1 Select.
Only Carry out the first Reset (Reset Settings) as the other two will wipe all recordings.
After the Reset you will have to re pair your Bluetooth remote If you use one.
If you cannot switch the Q box on with the remote after the Reset press the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the box.
To re pair the remote press 1 & 3 together on the remote and follow onscreen instructions to re pair.

Make sure that you are pointing the remote at the Q box when you press 1 & 3 together.

Resetting the settings will also reset:

Audio visual settings, such as picture resolution and HDMI control
Settings changed within the hidden engineer menu, include LNB type. If on a communal dish you need to reset the LNB to SCR in the hidden menu. After changing the LNB type you need to reboot the Q box.

Exactly the same issue here. Anyone has any ideas before I am sent on a wild goosechase with my broadband provider, Netflix, Disney Plus  tech support?

No point asking your broadband provider

maybe test changing the DNS on the sky box to 1.1.1.1

only other option not listed above is a factory reset. Will lose recordings.

Re: Streaming Apps not working since outage

Update: The engineers visited, swapped the main sky Q and one of the minis. Set up the wifi mesh, refreshed the apps etc. but I still continue having the same issues. I have now escalated this with Sky. Let's see what happens.

There is no connectivity issues for Sky Q, and I can stream through smart TVs, laptops, phones etc. without going through Sky Q.
