Downgraded package

Hi 

I downgraded my package today but I am still in receipt of all the Chanel's, I have not had any confirmation and my billing does not appear to have changed. How long do these things usually take, I was on the phone an hour trying to sort this out this morning

I suppose it could take up to 48 hours.
