Stick with TV essential (freeview) on Sky Q or jump to Stream for better deals?

I've been out of contract on Sky Q since 12 months ago when I went on the little-known 'TV essentials' for £5/mth (rolling). For those who don't know, this is basically SkyQ with freeview only. Would get much the same benefit putting a USB stick in the side of my TV, but it's worth it as we can't reliably pick up channels OTA with an aerial.

Also out of contract on BB. Currently on Full-fibre  150 on a rolling contract for a never-increasing £30/mth. It's non-negotiable that I keep BB, but doesn't matter who with.

I've had my head turned by the Sky Stream deal for £40 inc the same BB, Atlantic and Netflix with ads (already paying for Netflix separately). I know the stream has ads, but I've become used to them on Prime Video, so I'm considering it (if they'll consider me a new customer).

I've also seen there's a Premier League only channel on a rolling 31-day contract. Am I right in thinking that's SkyQ only? That would convince me to stay with Q (could get Atlantic via NOW and binge-watch on an on-off rolling con). I've tried clicking through the link but it always gives an error page.

Having just learned TV essentials is jumping to £15 (for "freeview"!) I have just had a tortured text-chat with a SkyQ guy. All he can really offer me is to cancel the increase on tv essentials and a big speed boost in BB speed for another £3 (sounds nice to have, but have to get into a 24mth con) . He ignored me about the football link on 2 separate requests and then I got cut-off in mid conversation as 'the chat service is now closed'

So not sure what to do now. Stick with BB and tv essentials for £30 + £5 and keep the freedom of being out of contract, or go to the dark side of Stream where I *could* get the above plus Netflix for £40 and effectively get what NOW would call the entertainment package for free. But I'd have to sign up for 24 mths.

And even if there is no definitive answer to this, can someone at least tell me about the god-damn PL footy package!

Sorry for the ramble
