Tnt hd not working says i have too upgrade but I'm subscribed too them

@Smithypa  Are you paying sky or bt/tnt directly 

 

if the latter you need a separate hd add on subscription added to your bt/TNT subscription 

 

if the former is tnt sports listed separately on your sky bill

@Smithypa  Are you able to view the sd versions if you are the only thing I can suggest is you call sky and get them to check your account and if needs be they can re issue the signals to your box

Sd channels yes been on too sky they are saying alot of people having issues which I don't believe just been fogged off
