Split seconds freezing while watching live tv.

i keep getting the tv program freezing while watching live tv, I have had this problem for months and it is becoming a pain.

If this is on Sky Q then try giving your box a full reboot - turn off at the wall for a minute then power back on. If it still happens then it may be the box is on its way out, in which case ring Sky and ask for a replacement. If they send one to you for a doorstep swap then remember to take your viewing card out of the old box before you hand it over.

Thanks for the advice, I had already tried the reboot without success, I will give Sky a call 😁
