Sky Movies: can't watch recordings

I've recently cancelled Sky Movies from my package due to the price hike Sky have put on my package.

When I did have Sky Movies, I've recorded some good films which I didn't have time to watch, at the time.

Now I've gone to watch any of the recorded films it wont let me, probably due to canceling Sky Movies.

I find this a really bad set up, as I've paid for Sky Movies for months & months, recorded the films as I was too busy to watch them, & now I can't! So really, all that time I've paid for Sky Movies feels like a waste of money!

I can understand me not being able to access Sky Movie channels now I've cancelled them but to take viewing my recordings away is such a bad set up! Sky you should change this!!!

hi @andyroo7000 It has always been that way.

 

I understand what you are saying but it really is the same as any subscription TV service , although your ability to record may have given you some false expectation. 

 

If you had cancelled completely you would not be able to access any recordings so you have to think of it as similar to that

Yeh I realize it'd be a waste of time speaking to Sky about it but I just wanted a general rant about it!
