Spanish Netflix
I haven't been able to sign in to Netflix because it seems it's been hacked. When I go on the app through sky there is different profiles and can't understand a word of it. Tried everything possible but nothing is solving the problem. Help

Re: Spanish Netflix
Yes, that indicates you've lost control of the account. Sky won't be able to help: you'll need to contact Netflix support directly.

@Manz1971 As @TimmyBGood saysthat sounds as though your Netflix account has been hacked. In these situations you will need to contact Netflix who will be able to reset your account.
You can contact Netflix on the link below

Re: Spanish Netflix
I've contacted Netflix and they pass me back over to sky. I feel like a ping pong ball

Re: Spanish Netflix
The replies from @TimmyBGood and @Laing1 are correct. This question has cropped up frequently on here. Only Netflix can sort this for you.

They are talking nonsense. They have to wrestle back control of your account, Sky can't do that.
if you can still log in, there are other things you can do though even if netflix are being unhelpful. Change email address on the account back to yours. Change password on the website. Boot every device off using the "devices" menu in netflix. Change language back.
look out for alternate payment methods on the account and delete them.

Re: Spanish Netflix
In addition - which everyone should do - you add a pin to your Netflix profile(s) as an extra layer of security. It's not as good as 2FA but better than nothing.
You can only do this via the web.
(Judging by how often this happens and it's usually Spanish I'm guessing people are using Netflix on holiday and forgetting to log out of the hotel room TV. So the next person in the hotel room gets a nice bonus.)

Re: Spanish Netflix
I don't think it's holiday makers, or even Spanish people. Most Netflix hacking seems linked to Spanish-speaking countries in South America with Chile being particularly common.

It's rampant in Mexico. Seems to be mostly phishing attacks.
