HDCP errors are normally to do with the HDMI connection. Check that the HDMI cable is properly connected to both the Q box and your TV. Try unplugging it and re-connecting. Also try re-booting both the Q box and your TV to re-engage the HDMI handshake by turning them off at the wall for a minute then power them back on.
If you continue to get the error message then try a new high speed HDMI cable.

Re: Erroe message.
Done that even purchased new cables and a splitter. My xbox and switch work fine just the sky Q box which brings up this error message.

Hi,
Is you splitter a powered one?....as I've use many splitters and the only one that worked for me was a powered hub (from Amazon)

Re: Erroe message.
Yes done that too. The cable in my sky Q works great for my switch. Honestly I don't know what else to try.
