Sound on Sky tv is intermittent

My sky is on and Broadband Hub is fully green. My sky tv though sound is intermittent. I have tried turning the sky Q box off and on. 
I have reconnected the sky mini  again as well and the sound is still intermittent. 
can you help ??

Hi @Cruachan2019 

On your Q box try Normal Audio.

You can do this in the Home menu.
Home - Settings - Setup - Audio Visual.

Set HDMI Audio to Normal
