Intermittent sound dropout on SkyspME UHD Ch 401

Started for me last week, very annoying. As said, if you watch UHD via channel 402 the sound is fine. Sort it out please Sky!

Same watching Villa v United on 401.

Call me a conspiracy theorist but I bet it's fine on Sky Glass and Stream!

Every so often sound drops on UHD main event sports channel with Sky Q . I have Samsung TV and sky sound box any ideas how to fix it

Just to say I'm having the same issue with the audio cutting out for a couple of seconds every 30 seconds or so on the UHD broadcasts... Tried all the usual resets etc but no joy. The problem is definitely specific to Sky as I have no issues with UHD on my TV or with my soundbar otherwise.

Relieved it's not just me!

Same here mate, try the pause trick for one second, it's working for me, not tried the 402 trick yet

Switching to the Sky NFL channel and pressing the red button for UHD has sorted it for me.

Poor show from Sky to have this happening for weeks.  Red button on NFL channel fixed the Superbowl so far.

Press pause for one second then play. It solves it

Same issue for me for around 2 weeks. Very annoying. If you're watching the Super Bowl then head to channel 407 then hit select for UHD and this fixes it. It's clearly a channel 401 issue.
